duh

I feel spacey... too little sleep and too much caffeine before lunchtime.

You can blame it all on Mo. He was sick for the first two nights in our new apartment. Yesterday, he felt much better and we went through a frenzy of shopping (new side table, table lamp, etc). Then we came back and finished the unpacking of our cool stuff -- meaning the little knick knacks, the vases, pottery, etc.

After we were done, our place almost resembled a home (with the exception of the stack of boxes near the kitchen waiting to be unpacked). It looked warmer and more welcoming than any other place we've lived in together so far.

So of course, we didn't want to go to sleep. Instead, we opened two bottles of beer and chilled on our couch.

Then we bundled up and headed outdoors to enjoy the fresh (and frigid) air in our garden.
